For optimal results, we recommend starting Mend 2 weeks before surgery and continuing for 4 weeks after. This helps your body build strength before your procedure and recover more efficiently afterward.
If you're starting Mend after surgery, you can still experience its benefits by taking it twice daily for 6 weeks.
